Joshua’s interest in Architecture and the imaginative arts began to manifest as early as his primary school days.
After Architecture school and a stint at Joe Faraday (Joshua Okeowo), he and his elder brother, a seasoned Civil Engineer, resolved to venture into the Real Estate industry under the name Modelxcape Nigeria Ltd with the goal of providing quality architectural designs as well as construct state of the art edifices that cater for the unique aesthetics of the upper and middle class of society. The Modelxcape Dream has become a reality in Liberia, Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Anambra and Delta) and continues to break new frontiers.

Going by his High School academic performances, it is evident that Olu was cut out for the Engineering profession.
With a near first class GPA from the University of Lagos and a well rounded exposure at Business Contracting Ltd, BCL, a British Construction firm, he was set to make his mark in the Civil Engineering field.
Resisting the pressure of parents to look for greener pasture elsewhere, Olu and his exceptionally gifted Architect-brother decided to go into the real estate business under the name, Modelxcape Nigeria Ltd. Imbued by a vision to design and build world standard structures.
